It is your responsibility to read the following clauses carefully before ordering one of our Online Courses. By purchasing an Online Course you agree to be bound to the following Terms and Conditions. Finances Liberty reserves the right to make amendments without notice for immediate effect. You agree to these amendments by continuing to use our Website and Online Courses.

The course materials have been created by a sole proprietorship in the name of Finances Liberty based out of England with digital presence at financesliberty.com. The course creators have exercised reasonable skill in producing the online material. Course content have been designed and reviewed by university graduates to ensure content is accurate and void of errors. However the course creators cannot be held liable or accountable for mistakes uncovered during course perusal.

1 Definitions

2 Ordering an Online Course

2.1 The following steps dictate the standard procedure for purchasing an online course

1. The individual must first create an account with financesliberty.com. The process will include the registration of an email account along with a username and password.

2. You must be registered and logged into your account before making the purchase.

3. Online courses are bundled within Pricing Plans which can be accessed at the user icon.

4. You can add and remove plans from your shopping cart up until the time of payment which is initiated with the “Pay Now” button.

5. By placing an order for an Online Course you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions laid out herein.

6. Finances Liberty has the right to change or cancel the order in part or in full.

7. Successful purchase will initiate an automated email to your registered email address. The email will confirm your order details including the pricing plan(s) that you have purchased.

8. Upon receipt of the confirmation email you are brought into a legally binding contract with Finances Liberty as established herein.

2.2 Finances Liberty has the right to modify or remove pricing plans on the Website.

3 Purchase and transactions

3.1 The Course Fee will be displayed with each Pricing Plan. The British pound is the currency base for all items on the website. As such the VAT is accounted for in the price of the item. The customer is responsible for the payment of the item’s price in full along with all other charges that accompany the item’s purchase.

3.2 Course payments will be accepted in the form of credit card or debit card. The amount payable is deducted from your bank account on the day of purchase or the next business day. The customer is responsible for the payment of separate credit or debit card charges.

3.3 Finances Liberty has the right to modify the price for each pricing plan.

3.4 Our products are strictly non-refundable if accessed.

3.5 In purchasing an Online Course you are provided access to a course library for a period of four months starting from course purchase date.

4 Plan cancellation and refund

4.1 Pricing plans cannot be cancelled or refunded if accessed.

4.2 Neither can pricing plans be exchanged for another that is offered on the website.

4.3 Finances Liberty can exercise discretion to offer refunds in extenuating circumstances in which case additional charges may apply.

4.4 Clauses 3.4 and 4.1 through to 4.3 do not affect your statutory rights.

5 Course access

5.1 The course materials are made available upon purchase of a pricing plan.

5.2 The content includes a bundle of lecture videos including PowerPoint slides and voiceover.

5.3 The Online Course can be accessed from the user icon associated with your account.

5.4 You will have access to the page for the duration of four months from the time of purchase.

5.5 You will not have access to updated course materials unless updates are made within the four-month period.

5.6 You are not allowed to share the resources with any other individual and neither are you allowed to share your account details with someone else.

5.7 You are responsible for paying all charges associated with perusal of course content such as but not limited to the cost of internet service and/or necessary software.

6 System compatibility

6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets the minimum requirements for accessing course videos.

6.2 Technical issues in accessing course videos are not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

6.3 You cannot hold Finances Liberty accountable for any technical issues that accompany the purchase or perusal of course material.

7 Support

7.1 Finances Liberty will endevour to provide prompt and effective support for technical issues.

7.2 However technical support is not an obligation or expectation from item purchase.

7.3 We cannot guarantee that any support will be effective nor offer any warranties for the offered support.

7.4 Neither can we accept any responsibility for the result of implementing the suggestions.

7.5 Finances Liberty cannot guarantee problem-free and uninterrupted access to course materials. Neither can we guarantee a fix to any technical problems.

7.6 Finances Liberty, its staff or volunteers cannot be held responsible or liable for any challenges encountered in accessing course material for any reason including but not limited to

b. The performance of your internet service

c. The stability of your internet connection

d. The stability of the World Wide Web

e. Viruses from the internet or on your computer

f. Issues in the computer system and/or hardware including telecommunications

g. Issues in the performance of the browser

h. Emergency or scheduled upgrades or maintenance to the Website

7.7 Challenges are all-inclusive including but not limited to website crashes or delays in loading course material.

8 Warranties

8.2 However the customer is responsible for using the information wisely in the context of their own needs.

8.3 Finances Liberty, its staff or volunteers cannot be held liable for technical errors or mistakes in course content as found in the voiceover or PowerPoint slides.

8.5 We cannot guarantee a result from purchasing and using this course content. Customers cannot expect a qualification from successful completion of the course.

8.6 We also cannot be held responsible for problems in accessing course content such as the suitability or compatibility of our Website and Online Courses.

8.7 All other implied terms and conditions and/or warranties not explicitly laid out in this agreement are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.2 You do not have permission to

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, re-publish, sell, upload, post, broadcast, transmit, or sub-license the materials without written permission

(ii) record or relay the video recordings by any means

(iii) adapt the course materials for personal or business use

(iv) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, recompile or reverse engineer software comprising the Website or Online Courses

(v) remove author or copyright information from our materials

10.3 Breach of clause 7.2 is considered an infringement of Finances Liberty’ copyright or intellectual property and will lead to termination of services. Finances Liberty retains limitations of liability following contract termination.
